Arnaldo Yoshiteru Kuaye

Graduation at Food Engeneering from Campinas State Universite - UNICAMP (1977), masters at Food Science and Technology from UNICAMP (1982) and doctorate at Science des Aliments from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Industries Alimentaire et Agricole (1988). He is currently full professor at UNICAMP. Has experience in Food Science and Technology, acting on the food safety subjects: food plant sanitation, HACCP system, milk process and microbiological surface biofilms. (Fonte: CV Lattes)
