Borboletas Ithomiinae (Lepidoptera, Nymphalidae) da Reserva Biológicas DAnta (Juiz de Fora, MG)

Eighteen species of Ithomiinae (Lepidoptera, Nymphalidae) butterflies, representing 14 genera and eight tribes, are recorded from the Reserva Biológica do Poço DAnta (RPA) and surroundings, Juiz de Fora, southeastern Minas Gerais. Using thistotal to predict the overall butterfly species biodiversity, I reached a preliminary figure of 302- 529 species for the RPA.
