Abstract A checklist of caddisfly species (Trichoptera) found in the Estação Biológica de Boraceia, a 96-hectare preserved area of Atlantic Forest in the municipality of Salesópolis, São Paulo, Brazil, is presented. Trichoptera collections at this location were conducted from 1957 to 2011, documenting 56 species across 12 families and 19 genera. Leptoceridae was the most diverse family, with 12 species, followed by Philopotamidae and Hydropsychidae, each with eight species. Oxyethira poapi (Hydroptilidae), described initially from Argentina, is recorded in Brazil for the first time. Additionally, Hydroptila producta (Hydroptilidae), Cernotina longispina (Polycentropodidae), and Nectopsyche ortizi (Leptoceridae) are recorded for the first time in the state of São Paulo.
